Good thing I'm only working on getting an exercise streak right now cuz the food thing would be overwhelming me and I would be giving up yet again! As soon as I get my streak on then I will start cutting out/back on some food items and maybe even tracking the food I eat! emoticon

    I'm so proud of your three day streak! I think maybe I need to change my streak to exercise and not the food thing. I keep struggling. The good thing is, I start over the next day, even if I've screwed up the day (or night) before. I do well during the day, and then at night I want to snack. Way to go on the exercise!

    I almost have my food down, but slacking a bit on exercise. I think it is due to the weather and the little one being busy and needin attention.

I know it's still early .... I have a full day ahead of me.. I planed to workout at 6am ...however I went to bed to late and now it's too late..I hope I can find time to fit it in later today??? I Will Find Time To Fit It In Later Today! Ok we will see if that works. emoticon

    Sometimes it is hard to get up early, that is something I would like to work on also. I figure if I get up at seven I can get a run in before Braeden even wakes up. Wishful thinking, as I have not done it yet. :)

Day #1 of Exercise

So I have no intentions of counting calories today but, I am going to do my cardio ...... and drink water. I have decided to do my weigh in on Friday mornings every week and take a photo once a month like I did before since that is what seemed to work for me. My starting weight this time is going to be 238.2 ....So this year off with 100 pounds!

    Great Job, it is better to start slow and steady and build onto your routine. I used to workout a ton, but my food stunk. Now I am slowly addiing better results each week ... YOU CAN DO THIS!

    45 minutes is awesome! Way to go! I'm super proud of you and super excited that we both decided to do this on the same morning. I too will post a picture (scary!) once a month and TRY to only weigh once a week. I'll make Friday my day too.

    I'm right there with you buddy. I woke up this morning and decided that although I may not be exercising today (it's still a possibility, but not very likely) I am going to count my calories. I am off to a good start. I pulled my bike out yesterday, dusted off the cobwebs, and started collecting my bike gear so that tomorrow morning (no rain) I can ride my bike to work. If I can just ride one way each day to start off with, and catch a ride home with my husband, that will be a great way to get in my exercise. We can do this girl.....we've done it before. I say we get going and set a goal, and then this summer, we get together and do something fun to treat ourselves. Even if it's just one of us coming to visit the other for a long weekend. We deserve it!

Kroger 2011 Test Results

Went in for my yearly Health test and I Passed! Woo Hoo I was really worried seeing as how I have put on 80lbs over the last 2.5 years.

Blood Pressure 134/90
LDL Cholesterol 120
Blood Glucose 74
Body Mass Index 40.5 I didnt pass this one thankfully I only had to pass 3 out of 4 =)
