Last night around 9pm I started to get snacky and fidgety. I got up to get something to eat which would not have had a good out come. My husband noticed what was going on and side tracked me for the next hour.

I'm back on track! emoticon Today is my Day #3 of February. I am going to see how many days I can make the right choices this month .. so far so good.

    You are awesome! I'm so happy to hear that you're on track. I am trying to deal with this nasty cold and I haven't felt much like exercising since I can't do much without coughing. I will get there though! Keep up the great work. I'm so proud of how far you've come in the last week or so!

I did it!

I did it I made it through a whole week =) Today is my Month weigh in and I lost a total of 2.4 pounds this month! emoticon

Finally a loss instead of a gain that is the first time in almost a year!

I will add my current photo later on tonight.

  Congrats on losing weight. I was worried about last month myself. But for the whole month I lost a little over 12 lbs. You can do it. I bet you next month you will report atleast 10 lbs. Keep it up and hold your head high.

I knew a loss was going to show up today, or not because you lost it,lol.

Just keep doing what your doing, cause it's working for you. It may not be as fast as you once lost, but it's still happening. Just take the baby steps and then you will soar. emoticon

Day before big weigh in............

Today is the day before my monthly weigh in the one that I take a new pic for.
I wont be down much if any however I am going to be happy to report that I did not gain anything this month for the first time in almost a year.

To get ready for my weigh in I am going to eat low sodium today do my 5k this morning and then a p.m. workout before I go to bed.

5K 55:31 That's 3 minutes and 42 seconds faster then 1 month ago.

I'll be back in the morning with my result.

P.S. I cant believe I did this but, at the beginning of January I started the "Official Sparkpeople new you Boot camp & contest! Anyways you were supposed to log at least 500 minutes of Cardio for the month of January. I was just adding mine up and I did 483???? Does today count emoticon

So Thursday was a weird day for me. I was still motivated but, felt super hungry. I decided to eat on the high end of my calories and the minute I did that I suddenly started eating things I should not have been. Normally I would beat myself up for this and binge eat the whole next week destroying any progress that I had made but, I'm here to say I'm really proud of myself. I did not exercise that night but, the next morning (Friday) I got up and did the workout that I should have done on Thursday and then I logged all my food for Friday and stuck too it! It is now Saturday and I am ready to do my workout. Tonight I am going to do a 40min. last minute workout and then in the morning I will do a 5K my weigh in is on Monday and If I stick to this plan I should see some results for my January Weigh in / Photo on Monday.

  I can hear the pride in your message and you should be proud. It would have been the easy way to just go on an all out food frenzy. But you maintained control after a small episode, and got right back to it. That's what this journey is all about, forgive yourself and move on. I think your doing great, just keep going one day at a time, that's all we can do. emoticon
