Today is the day before my monthly weigh in the one that I take a new pic for.
I wont be down much if any however I am going to be happy to report that I did not gain anything this month for the first time in almost a year.
To get ready for my weigh in I am going to eat low sodium today do my 5k this morning and then a p.m. workout before I go to bed.
5K 55:31 That's 3 minutes and 42 seconds faster then 1 month ago.
I'll be back in the morning with my result.

P.S. I cant believe I did this but, at the beginning of January I started the "Official Sparkpeople new you Boot camp & contest! Anyways you were supposed to log at least 500 minutes of Cardio for the month of January. I was just adding mine up and I did 483???? Does today count
