Well down -2 more lbs for a total of 32lbs in 9 weeks, when you look at it that way it is an average or 3.5lbs a week wich is really GREAT but, for some reason I let myself get a little disapointed? I think its because I worked really hard on my workout's this week and I think I consumed less calories this week then any other week? OH WELL I just need to remind myself that the orignal goal was 2lbs per week. I figured it out and currently my GOAL MET DATE will be December 30th. I'm just excited to hit 145 because then I can go buy all new clothes. We are going on a vacation in August and I was hoping to be to the 145 by then but, I would have to lose at least 3lbs per week for that to happen so..........that's probably why I let myself get dissapointed! Well now that I have typed all this I feel better and I think I will go Exersize.
