13 weeks, 1/3 of the way to my Goal

Down another -3lbs for 43lbs. I have just ended the first week of my 4th Month, I am so glad that I am not overwhelmed or burned out because I still have 87 lbs to lose. I am trying not to work out harder then I would when I am maintaining my Goal weight because then I wont maintain it and I am also trying to eat what I would normally eat and just learning what a portion size is for maintance of my goal weight also. This week I increased my water back to 20 cups ( with my 5 Green Teas ) included to see if it made a difference? I think it did but, we will see how next week go's!

Good for you kiddo: I am very proud of you.

43 pounds, huh? I am aiming for that number-it's only 7 away. As my neighbors have told me, at 43lbs, I'll have lost the amount of weight their 5 year old Molly, weighs. Then when I see the Moll, well, then I might be a little more aware of the amount down to date.

It's Been 12 Weeks

I am proud to say that I have not missed one day of exersize since 12 weeks ago when I started this Sparks program, except the 1 day a week that is planned for rest!

I lost another -2lbs this week I was hoping for more but, I am now at a -40lb loss in 12 weeks so it looks like I'm really going to do it this time! I still have 90lbs to go 75 until I can buy a new wardrobe but, hey at 2lbs a week thats christmas this year so Yeah me!

I'm going to tell myself today what I am currently doing in my lifestyle change for future reference:
I am exersizing 6 days a week for 1 hour a day Except the 6th day I am working out 1hour & 15 min in the morning and 45min before bed. I have started doing 1 hour of Yoga a week so my Exersize time per week is 8 hours. This includes a 5 min warm up daily, 20min of Weights 3 days a week, 1 hour of Yoga, I belive that it is 3 hours and 30mins a week of cardio and 10 min per day of cool down streatching.
I am eating bettween 1200-1300 calories per day and I am drinking at least 15 8oz glasses of water ( included in the 15 cups is 5 cups green tea)

Next month I would really like to lose 14lbs but, I guess if it's just another 10 that's better then nothing at all or a gain. So I'll talk to you then.

    Tres' Bien mon ami! You keep on truckin'. I've slowed down weight-loss wise since the days I was losing like 3-4lbs week now it's more like 1.5 ish. But every little bit helps! I'll take it and I'd take those 2 lbs of yours while I'm at it!

Another Week Gone

So I'm down another- 2.5 for a total of 38lbs in 11 weeks. YEA ME !!!!
Next week is my Photo week and Measuring I'm excited, can't wait.

I lost another -3.5lbs this week Yea Me!!!!! For a total weight loss of 35.5lbs I'm over 25% of the way. My goal is still 2lbs a week however if I could just lose an average of 3lbs per week from now until August 1st that would be really great because we are going on our Family Vacation to San Diego and I want to buy a whole new wardrobe before I go. ( if I dont get to 145 ) I wont want to buy the wordrobe because I will feel like it is a waist of $ but, If I dont buy any clothes then I have no idea what I am going to wear?

    Oh how I know that feeling! Having a closet full of 3 sizes then donating the don't that I am down 33, I am making my husband put new holes in the belt and trying to make do, as this time is FOR KEEPS. I know what you mean about vacation: you can't go naked!!!!

January 22nd 2 more pounds!

Well down -2 more lbs for a total of 32lbs in 9 weeks, when you look at it that way it is an average or 3.5lbs a week wich is really GREAT but, for some reason I let myself get a little disapointed? I think its because I worked really hard on my workout's this week and I think I consumed less calories this week then any other week? OH WELL I just need to remind myself that the orignal goal was 2lbs per week. I figured it out and currently my GOAL MET DATE will be December 30th. I'm just excited to hit 145 because then I can go buy all new clothes. We are going on a vacation in August and I was hoping to be to the 145 by then but, I would have to lose at least 3lbs per week for that to happen so..........that's probably why I let myself get dissapointed! Well now that I have typed all this I feel better and I think I will go Exersize.
