So for the last 21 days I have done exercise everyday so I'm very proud of myself for that the first 7 days I also stayed within my calorie ranges but for the last two weeks I've only managed to stay within my ranges 2-3 days. Although I've done better the last 3 weeks you just cant lose weight unless you are doing both exercise and calories so I'm still hanging out at 176.

My Birthday is next Sunday and I'm really hoping to be able to do both all week so that I can reach 174 lbs by then.

The good new is that last year this same week I was 177 pounds so at least I've maintained for the last year!

    The silver lining! Thank goodness for it or I don't think any of us would get through a day...every! LOL
Great job maintaining for a year! I know you can do this, you can track your food and exercise and stay in your ranges.

Good News and Bad!

Well the good news is I have exercised everyday for the last 15 days. Woo Hoo!

The bad news is I have gained back the 6 pounds I lost last week this week because of all my poor food choices.

Note to self: Eating right + Exercising = weight loss

    Anyone who has done as well as you have on SP is certainly entitled to a bad day, or a bad week, here and there. You know how to fix it, you've done it before, and you will certainly get yourself right back on track tomorrow!

    You are right, they have to be done at the same time. Doesn't it stink?
Do you think those pounds were really fat or just water weight? It seems unlikely that you could lose or gain that much fat that fast, I think it takes something like 3,500 calories to make one pound of fat. So don't feel too bad, I don't think it was all fat gained.
I didn't do great over the weekend either, here's to another week!

Woo Hoo I'm back on track

Ladies I made it a whole week. I only ate what I tracked and I exercised everyday. Thanks to Fruityful and our new plan to keep each other on track I lost 6 pounds this week. My new starting over weight was 182 and I weighed in this morning at 176 and I feel great. I am going to keep up my streak this week I have a plan in place and the only day I am a little afraid of is Friday July 4th. emoticon

I checked out my blog for one year ago and I am happy to say that at this time last year I was 179 pounds. Although I am not where I wanted to be at this point I have been maintaining and I have a loss in the last year of 3 lbs. emoticon

I cant wait to blog my loss for next week. See you then.

    I'm so happy for you!!!!!! What a great feeling and you are a true testament to never giving up! Day #10

I am feeling soooooooooo Happy today! I have made it through another day and I feel like I'm unstoppable. I have all my food planned out for the day and it all looks really yummy. I 've done my cardio for the day and I cant wait for my weigh in tomorrow. Starting today I will be making a Chicken dinner every night for the next 6 nights they are all new recipes. I've gone to the store got the ingredients and I'm ready to go.

Thank you fruity for waking me up again this morning. You know when I signed up for Spark November 2006 I never in a million years thought I would make a computer friend. I just never crossed my mind but, a year and a half later I have made so many friends. I never imagined that I would be E-mailing and calling someone that I met almost everyday. emoticon

    It makes me happy to hear that you're so happy today! I'm feeling pretty darn good myself. I was at the gym today and it just occurred to me that I made it through Friday night without splurging and I have absolutely no intention of treating this like every other weekend where I've fallen off the wagon and just gave up. I am going to plan, stick to it, and continue on this streak. I never thought I'd have such good spark friends through this site either! This type of support is important in the weight loss process. I made it! And it was so hard....................... This is my 6th day in a row. However I am still determined. I have all my food planned for the day and I am getting ready to do my workout now. 144 pounds here I come emoticon
