Woo Hoo I'm back on track

Ladies I made it a whole week. I only ate what I tracked and I exercised everyday. Thanks to Fruityful and our new plan to keep each other on track I lost 6 pounds this week. My new starting over weight was 182 and I weighed in this morning at 176 and I feel great. I am going to keep up my streak this week I have a plan in place and the only day I am a little afraid of is Friday July 4th. emoticon

I checked out my blog for one year ago and I am happy to say that at this time last year I was 179 pounds. Although I am not where I wanted to be at this point I have been maintaining and I have a loss in the last year of 3 lbs. emoticon

I cant wait to blog my loss for next week. See you then.

    I'm so happy for you!!!!!! What a great feeling and you are a true testament to never giving up! You can totally keep this up and get to where you want to be and a year from today you'll be at your goal I have NO doubt in my mind! Thanks for all your kind words and encouragement. Day #10

I am feeling soooooooooo Happy today! I have made it through another day and I feel like I'm unstoppable. I have all my food planned out for the day and it all looks really yummy. I 've done my cardio for the day and I cant wait for my weigh in tomorrow. Starting today I will be making a Chicken dinner every night for the next 6 nights they are all new recipes. I've gone to the store got the ingredients and I'm ready to go.

Thank you fruity for waking me up again this morning. You know when I signed up for Spark November 2006 I never in a million years thought I would make a computer friend. I just never crossed my mind but, a year and a half later I have made so many friends. I never imagined that I would be E-mailing and calling someone that I met almost everyday. emoticon

    It makes me happy to hear that you're so happy today! I'm feeling pretty darn good myself. I was at the gym today and it just occurred to me that I made it through Friday night without splurging and I have absolutely no intention of treating this like every other weekend where I've fallen off the wagon and just gave up. I am going to plan, stick to it, and continue on this streak. I never thought I'd have such good spark friends through this site either! This type of support is important in the weight loss process. I made it! And it was so hard....................... This is my 6th day in a row. However I am still determined. I have all my food planned for the day and I am getting ready to do my workout now. 144 pounds here I come emoticon

Good Morning All............. emoticon I am so tired today. There is no way that I would have gotten out of bed early enough to workout this morning if Fruitful would not have called me. emoticon I have to admit that my mind for about the last 36 hours is trying to self saboteur but, I am determined to win. I really need to stay off the scale for about a week that would probably help. This afternoon I am off to my grandpa's, this takes some preparation since his house is known for the eating. There are always chips, chocolate and Ice cream everywhere. It will be around lunch time so I am going to take plenty of water and my lunch and then a small snack.

    I too had a couple of days where I didn't want to get out of bed at 6am to go exercise. Although I did anyway and am much happier that I did. I feel better and no guilt this week.

Keep up the streak I know you can do it.

    I understand that not wanting to get up. I've seriously got to start getting up early to workout because after 9 hours of working with 2yr olds I am SO not energized to work out. You are doing great sticking to your plans.

    Determination and remembering why you are doing this lifestyle change in the first place....easy to say, not so easy to do, I know. But I have great faith in your ability.

I did it I cant believe it! It's a miracle................... I have now exercise and stuck to my tracker for 3 days in a row I am so excited and motivated. I just know I will make it through today.

I want to thank Fruityful for calling me yesterday morning and waking my butt up at 5:30 am so that I would exercise. It's amazing even living in a different State how much Spark friends really do help. We are taking turns now every other morning calling eat other since there is a time difference she's getting up at 4:30 am emoticon WTG Fruity!

    And thank you for calling me this morning! It is true that Spark Friends are a huge piece of the puzzle. I don't know if I would have gone to the gym two days in a row if it weren't for this system!

Way to go on three days in a row! You are on a roll and you will just get more and more motivated as you see the progress that you saw before!
