I didn't blog last week because I think for the first time I didn't lose any weight but, It wasn't like I was trying either so this week I put an extra effort into the eating part and only missed 1 of my scheduled workouts for a total loss of 3 lbs this week. I missed my Fathers day goal of 179 but, Hey I'm still here right!!!!!!! I am currently at 181 and I am going to set a Birthday goal of 173 the Sunday before my birthday. 173 is a magic # for me because it means I am not longer Obese.

p.s. It has taken me a really long time to come to grips with this but, I think I finally did today! When I feel wore out or tried or hungry I am none of those things..............I am dehydrated!!!
I cant believe that water makes that kind of a difference but, I guess since that is what a good % of body is made of that would make sense????
I just thought this was interesting so I thought I would share.
