I am going to complete Day #5 today! I have set myself up to succeed. It is only 11 am but, I have already done my cardio and I had a GREAT breakfast. I had a ton of Anxiety this morning but, I was able to get myself on the treadmill and work through some of it!
There are only 2 days left this month so when I make it through today and tomorrow that will be Day 5 and Day 6 which means that I was able to make my goals 20% of this month. Not the best I can do but, if I can do more then 20% next month then I will be making progress.
