I am entering my 8th week on Spark and I have lost a total of 26 lbs I am so excited that I have finnally found something that is working for me!

Last week I spent the first 3 days on a Green Juice diet I consumed 1200 calories a day of this Green Juice and then at the end of the 3 days for the remaining 4 days I only ate foods that I purchased at Wild Oats, I feel great and I think I am going to continue only eating Wild Oats food for another 7 days!

Next week is my 2 mo. mark ( time for new photo's )

It's been 6 weeks and I lost another 4.5 lbs this week! I can't belive it CHRISTMAS WEEK! I was so worried because I didnt track any of my food Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, I did watch my portions but, I was so worried I had even told myself the whole week that If I did not lose even 1 lb it was ok as long as I stayed the same and did not have a gain. 4.5lbs I am so Happy I have now lost 21.5 over the last 6 weeks.

Thank you to the person on the October Sparks Team that Challanged us to workout an extra hour and 15 min. this week It seems to have helped me a lot!


What I'm Doing

I just wanted to make a mental note to myself on what I am doing incase a few weeks, months or years from now I need to know!

Exersize (treadmill) 40 min (6 day's per week)
Water 16 Glasses per day
Green Tea 5 Glasses per day

I'm eating what I would eat on a normal day but, I am being smart about it using the calorie, fat, protein, carbohidrate, fiber and sodium tracker.

I did it I made it through one month (28 days) without missing one day of exersize or strengh training and my only bing was a hand full of ff free pretzels and a cup of skim milk! ( I was able to stop my self) but, I still made myself work out and extra 20 min. hoping that next time I will think twice it wasn't what I ate it was that It was not in my food plan and that I acted so desperate while doing it.

Anyways hopefully next mo. will be as successful as this one 15 lbs in 28 days. Whoo Go Kristi


3rd Week

WHEW......I made it through my 3rd week wich is a Huge acomplishment for me over the last 5 years usally I get too this point and we go on a cruise or to Vegas to see my dad or Russia, and I forget how to eat and when I get back It takes me 4mos. to remember that I should be exersizing so at that point I gain back the 10lbs that I lost and have to start all over!........Good News we have no vacation planned until at least middle of January-Febuary so I will keep going and hopfully by then I will have made my exersize and eating a habit and I wont have to remember to continue because I will never STOP!
