What I'm Doing

I just wanted to make a mental note to myself on what I am doing incase a few weeks, months or years from now I need to know!

Exersize (treadmill) 40 min (6 day's per week)
Water 16 Glasses per day
+
Green Tea 5 Glasses per day

I'm eating what I would eat on a normal day but, I am being smart about it using the calorie, fat, protein, carbohidrate, fiber and sodium tracker.

  


ONE MONTH

I did it I made it through one month (28 days) without missing one day of exersize or strengh training and my only bing was a hand full of ff free pretzels and a cup of skim milk! ( I was able to stop my self) but, I still made myself work out and extra 20 min. hoping that next time I will think twice it wasn't what I ate it was that It was not in my food plan and that I acted so desperate while doing it.

Anyways hopefully next mo. will be as successful as this one 15 lbs in 28 days. Whoo Go Kristi

  


3rd Week

WHEW......I made it through my 3rd week wich is a Huge acomplishment for me over the last 5 years usally I get too this point and we go on a cruise or to Vegas to see my dad or Russia, and I forget how to eat and when I get back It takes me 4mos. to remember that I should be exersizing so at that point I gain back the 10lbs that I lost and have to start all over!........Good News we have no vacation planned until at least middle of January-Febuary so I will keep going and hopfully by then I will have made my exersize and eating a habit and I wont have to remember to continue because I will never STOP!

  


Second Week

It is my second weigh in and I lost another 3.5 lbs for a total or 8.5 so far this month! This is the part that makes the following week easier when you do not feel like exersizing or your wanting to eat a larger portion of food!

SOOO YEA FOR ME!

For the first 11 days I had no problem just eating the calories that I was supposed to but, yesterday I started having problems with wanting to eat larger quantitys of things ....... However I have not done it I'm just struggling with convincing myself that it is not worth it. My two week weigh in is in less than 41 hours if I can make it that long I know it will be worth it I just need to convince myself that this is TRUE!
