I finally have the motivation I needed. Read where Obama wants all obese patients to have their bmi and weight recorded each visit to the dr. I also read where Germany wants to tax the obese. Ok, I get the hint. I don't want the government sticking it's nose into my 'weight' and I sure don't want to be taxed any more so I am going to lose all the unnecessary weight through diet and exercise.
