I had a really great day today. I have not weighed myself for several days and have now been sparking for 10 days. Apart from a couple of minor slip ups I have stuck to my plan and felt great. Getting ready for work this morning I had to tighten the drawstring on my scrub pants for the first time. Nothing I have ever eaten tastes as good as that felt. I know I still have a ton of work to do but for the first time on my mass reduction quest over the last 10 years I can actually visualize myself as a thin person. I have a different level of motivation this time, I know I am going to do it.

  Hang on to that picture as a thin person. It will get you through some tough times. I'm glad to see you are not beating yourself up over a couple of minor slips. They happen to all of us.
