I have been feeling down and frustrated lately it seems that life is just closing in around me; stress from school, work, home, and my failing health have really brought me low.
However, I have found my quiet place, a place where I can burn calories and escape into a good book for 30 mins to an hour. After work, I grab my Nook and my workout gear and head to the gym; it helps even if it is just for a short period of time.
My goals this week are to go to the gym as much as I can, and get a good nights sleep (7 hours or more).
