I woke up this morning and was thinking I would take a day off since I slept in so late (9:00), but I was able to eat bfast with my daughter, get her ready as well as myself and was at the gym by 10:30
. I got on the scale only to find that my scale and the YMCA scale did not match at all. At home, it says that I've lost a total of 11lbs but at the Y, I only lost 5lbs. That was very discouraging but I realized that my clothes have gotten big on me so I know that there has been a change :) Even though I was a little discouraged I started my ST workout made by my personal trainer and then I was only going to run 1 mile, but I thought I should step it up. So today I ran 3 miles and even though I'm exhausted and a bit stiff,,,lol I feel really good. Now relaxing a bit before I go to work ;D
Is there anyone who doesnt weigh themselves or weigh in once a month?? How is that going for you. Checking the scale so often, I find myself discouraged than if I dont!! :)
