End of May Challenge Blog

This challenge was great for me. I didnt get as much as I wanted in the last week and definitely felt guilty. I was pushed more with this challenge because I didnt want to let my team mates down. The first couple of weeks the hardest thing to get in was the water I hate water. The veggies and fruit was ok because I love them anyways. The last weeks with all the strength training was a lil hard trying to fit everything in. I loved the support from all my Awesome Avocados and the messages from the people who weren't even on my team. My June is way to busy so I wont be doing that challenge I dont want to bring my team down. But hopefully there will be more like this in the future that I can participate in. Thank you to all for your kind words and encouragement. GO AWESOME AVOCADOS!!!!

Fun workout

Does anyone know of any fun video workouts I can do at home ? Im getting bored of my workouts and want something fun to do. Ive done bootcamp workouts lately and got results but I want something different that I can enjoy. I wanted zumba for so long and got the videos they are ok but not as fun as the commercials made it look. So any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

    I've never done Turbojam, but they sound fun. I have to second the Yoga Booty Ballet post. Cardio Cabaret is a lot of fun!

    Try Yoga Booty Ballet--they are about 1/2 hour workouts with "crazy" fun leaders. I love them for a change of pace---and you still get a great cardio workout just dancing around like a goof. Such fun!!! Maybe you can rent from Netflix and give them a try.

I started fresh yesterday after having a bad weekend of eating. I ate really good yesterday I was within my points drank all my water and worked out. Today has started off well so far but im doing my workout tonite instead of my morning workout. Im drinking my water and filling up on my fruits and veggies. Hope everyone is having an amazing Tuesday.

Its been a crazy week for me. Ive slacked on my eating and my workouts.tomorrow is the start of a new week and im getting back on track i can and will do this.

Week # Challenge

This week I did pretty well I got my strength in even on the days i was exhausted and didnt want to. I got my workout in and my fruits and veggies.. I have to work on my drinking water im seriously slacking in that dept. but im trying and thats all i can do. Im going to do a more intensive workout so i can see some better results starting next week. well team lets finish rocking this week. emoticon Avocados!
