... again... And this time it was much easier. I am not tired at all, and my body does not ache. It seems that all the pain was because my body was trying to grow to resist the intensity of running 10K. In total I ran about 15 of 10Ks, and now I am running a 10K without any pain, and I am also doing it in a shorter time, almost every three to four runs. That is clear, visible adaptation of the body to increased exercise intensity.
