Week One

It's Saturday morning, nearing the end of my first week using SP. I am finding the site immensely helpful to maintain accountability with regard to my food and exercise.

I started partway through the week, so I will most likely fall short of my goals this first week, but as of today I am down 2 pounds and feeling quite pleased with myself.

    Way to go on that 2 lbs, GREAT JOB!!!! You are on your way and off to a fantastic start! Now go get yourself one of those re-usable grocery bags and put 2 16-ounce cans in it (2 lbs) and each week, add "your weight in cans" to it. Then when ever you pass it, do a few curls. Feel it. Experience how much weight you are no longer wearing. I mean, it isn't like picking up a child but it has weight to it, and that is 2 lbs you aren't carrying around anymore. YAY You!!!
