Wow can't believe I have made it to day 6!!!!!!!!!! I feel great and everyone keeps asking me how much I have lost. WOW! I can't wait to weigh in...LOL

So day two no coke. This is the longest without coke and today I drank more water then my goal.

I am no watching the Diet Fad's. Wow their are some intersting diets out their. LOL Blood type diet sounded very interesting. LOL

Okay so tommrrow is weigh in day....can't wait! I wonder how much I lost.

Wow I am on day 5!!! Okay so I have told myself I am only doing weigh in one day a week but I can't wait my clothes are already feeling a bit loser. LOL

So I have had no coke today and I feel great! I have discovered Crystal Light Lemonaid without the calories. YUMMY!! Have been drinking that a lot to day and got my water intake in....and ri feel pretty good right now. It just hit me today I didn't have any coke. LOL Though I don't want one because it is late and my lemonaid is gooooood. LOL

So I woke up at 11 and had the two cheese sticks. Dinner I had my Pita Pizza and salad. Yummy! So I don't have enough calories in soo I am debating on what I should do....Maybe I will get something to snack on. Who knows. LOL

So I didn't exercise today because I am having trouble getting my body to move! LOL! I guess last time I went way to crazy! LOL!

So I have figured I will do a few streatches on Tuesday's and Thursday's and then cardio dance on M,W,F and then Saturday and Sunday will be a few crunches but basically my easy days.

Well that's all I have to say right now. Talk to you all tomrrow night...

Day 4

Hey Gang,

So today came and goal fast or it seemed. I have come down with a flu...So I forced myself to eat string cheese and drank my morning coke...and then I slept till dinner. LOL So made Pita Pizza! (IT IS SOOOO GOOD) (a recipe for the whole family) Then a salad and once I ate that I hit starvation so I had some crackers and oranges for a snack which isn't a very smart choice when one has an upset stomach. LOL Anyways I managed to drink 6 glasses of water which is good but still need to fit in the other two. Haven't given up cola so it is going to take some time. I will drink one glass a day for awhile then get down to every other day to eventually none. LOL Well I am heading off to bed and hoping to wake up feeling better so I can get my exercise back in track. Totally have messed up the last few days on that. How exactly do you track your exercise on here is you do an hour of all the ones they have listed??? Night

Okay so I know I didn't write yesterday but I was SICK. I did have 1 cola which was nice but one did the trick. I also had a Sprit because my stomach was icky feeling. My water in take was awful yesterday and I didn't eat all my calories and if you take all the time I was vomiting then I guess I really wouldn't of have any calories. LOL
Tried turkey burger and it is actually really really good. For lunch I tried Smart Ones Broccoli and Cheese Roasted Potatoes and it was awful. ICK! Well I am up and starting day 4! :)

Okay so day one went better then I expected. No soda, ate healthy, met all my goals, and exercised for an hour. Went to bed hungry but met my goals! A day well done!

Day 2: BAD day. Woke up at 10 and got ready to go out to do grocery shopping. Moving really, REALLY, slow because every muscle in my body was killing me. To top it off the no headache I had yesterday came to day in a migraine. Well mom called and wanted to meet for lunch before she started working again tommorrow. We went out to eat. Totally splurged. I had a cheeseburger on a big bun, fries, and soda(migraine disappeared). Bad Girl I know. Though since being home I have not eaten a thing or drank anymore soda. Though i am about to have some Ritz with cheese on them because my blood pressure and sugar is going low.

I was going to do another hour of exercise but I can't. I did do some crunches. Though I am sitting there crying the whole time because the muscles in my stomach was hurting so bad. No Pain No Gain...right?

Well so far I have a 50% on this dieting test and tommrrow is another day.

Good advice from mom today though is not to think of it as a diet because taking the t off is die which isn't good so think of it as a healthy living habit.

Tune in for Day 3.....LOL

    No pain, no gain = wrong. I think you have bitten off more than you can chew, perhaps? Think big, start small, go slow. Forgive yourself and move on. Sorry to be all "cliche". Hope your day 3 goes better!

  Don't let today get you down. Maybe starting a bit slower will make it easier to make the adjustment to a healthier lifestyle. Ease into the exercise. Sometimes pain is just pain. Your body will tell you what is too much. You should feel the workout but still be able to move :). The headache is from the caffeine withdrawl. I went through that a couple of years ago and it sucks but worth it in the log run. The only way to get through it is to tough it out. It will take about 3 days to get out of your system. Once it does you will feel a TON better but getting there will not be fun.

Stick with it... you can do it!
