Okay so day one went better then I expected. No soda, ate healthy, met all my goals, and exercised for an hour. Went to bed hungry but met my goals! A day well done!
Day 2: BAD day. Woke up at 10 and got ready to go out to do grocery shopping. Moving really, REALLY, slow because every muscle in my body was killing me. To top it off the no headache I had yesterday came to day in a migraine. Well mom called and wanted to meet for lunch before she started working again tommorrow. We went out to eat. Totally splurged. I had a cheeseburger on a big bun, fries, and soda(migraine disappeared). Bad Girl I know. Though since being home I have not eaten a thing or drank anymore soda. Though i am about to have some Ritz with cheese on them because my blood pressure and sugar is going low.
I was going to do another hour of exercise but I can't. I did do some crunches. Though I am sitting there crying the whole time because the muscles in my stomach was hurting so bad. No Pain No Gain...right?
Well so far I have a 50% on this dieting test and tommrrow is another day.
Good advice from mom today though is not to think of it as a diet because taking the t off is die which isn't good so think of it as a healthy living habit.
