Yesterday my day started off great. I was so full of beans and happy. Somehow, and for a reason I still can't fathom, my day went topsy-turvy.
I will not share with you the two biggest no-no's that I did during the afternoon, but I will share with you that my SparkFriend was there for me and after a few emails, I felt so much better.
What a gem she is, and today, instead of beating myself up about how stupid I was yesterday, I am simply putting it down as a minor setback, and am off and running smoothly again. 'The Spark' book tells me to accept setbacks as a natural part of learning and improving. They are wise words.
Hats off to all the SparkPeople who 'Spread the Spark', whether they realise they are doing so or not, and hats off to Chris Downie for sharing his dream.
