Hello everyone I am back!
Been sick and so on. Right now despite my horrible eating today I decided to get back to business and workout ajnd diet to better myself and my health. I just needed something to motivate me and well when I go shopping I fit between an L or XL in jrs. but I wanna fit into a S or M...its my goal :) So tomorrow starts my day of dieting, no biting nails...try and break the habit for 30 days, and exercise.

Okay I am back, I decided I need to drop the weight I had put back on and wanna get down to 115 for sure! I want to tone up as well, so I'm making up a diet plan.
First things first I need to buy a scale again.
MY workout schedule
Mon.-Thurs (exercising for 30 minutes, sixty minutes Mondays and Wednesdays)
-Fiber bars, cut out junk food and carbonated drinks, no fast food, eat one serving!, eat three meals a day, plus a snack, and such.
I'm not gonna weigh myself till I get a scale but I thought tomorrow I will start on my new diet, I was successful on my last one and I'm saddened that I gained some of it back :( for now I'm gonna follow my diet and exercise plan, along with studying for cosmetology college and oh go to bed earlier to get eight hours of sleep every night! and take better care of my face and such! I wanna improve myself, for my well being and overall how I view myself.

I'll do day one, day fifteen, day thirty , and such in photos of my face, weight, and hair growth....I need to change it up plus I'm bored with my style and hair color.

Well I'm actually proud of myself today, I said no to try these cookies my mom bought and only drinked water and fought off the temptation of strawberry milk. Today I bought Fiber one cereal, lenders whole wheat bagels, and tomorrow I'm buying a 10 pack of fiber one bars. Those are my key things in my diet like thye were last time. I decided to do a high fiber diet again, Later tonight I'm gonna exercise for 30 minites total, my lower abs are a little sore from a lower ab toning workout but I'm determined to workout. I only ate 3 meals today and 5 crackers for a snack sonce I had dinner so late. I did eat ketchup with my oven baked unsalted fris but its better then fast food fries I also ate ketchup with my small chicken breast that was skinless with herbs on it. I think I did pretty good today. Tomorrow I'm getting fiber bars and ham steaks (97% fat free) and soon some breakfast essentals for the extra protien I wanna add. I hope tomorrow I have another successful day. I also put in a layaway at kmart for my new clothes 'm hopeing in just about a month to be between 145-140 I would be happy

Hi everyone, I know I've been writting blogs one starting over but over the past few days I seena few girls/women that are insperational to me for losing weight it got me back on track last night with exercising. I just need to drop the fats food and I'm good. Starting as of right now I'm on a journey to 110 lbs. no exceptions. I'm gonna tell you my diet and exercise plan and show you the girls that inspire me to lose the rest of the weight I want to lose to be thin. I've never been thin so I wanna see what it's like and for my wellbeing. I wanna be healthier and not be as lazy. I'm goign to tell you my diet plan ( No pop, slushis, candy, fast food, ice cream, sweets, and I'll try to cut back on cheese). I hope I do good this time I'm motivated now I screwed up this morining with wendys but I haven't ate much today so as of right now I have a new mind set. My new exercising routine is ( Exersing 30 minutes total everyday and no days off I need to work hard). I'm gonna join toning exersises with regular exercises I need to buy my dumb bells for my arms which I will soon as I have the money. My goals for jeans size is between a 7-3 my current is a size13/12 in juniors, my size for tops I want to be in is M or a S as of right now I'm a XL. I really wanna be thinner and healthier wish me good luck :) tomorrow I will post again to keep you updated I will record my exercisie and measurement with you on here and my spark trackers I'll post my new weight every sunday if I even lose weight or not :) my starting weight as of right now is 150 lbs.

    You can so do this.....keep focused on your goal and remember when you are tempted ask yourself whether this will help you or hinder you in getting to your goal.....If it hinders think twice about indulging in it....

you can do this with preseverence and focus....

    Well i caved a little on my craving on cereal so i just had like 12 pieces and no milk and thats it. Hopefully it didnt screw me up its only first day back on my diet.Hopefully tomorrow will be better. No fast food either like I had earlier Tomorrow I'll keep you updated on my diet and exercise tonight I'm not exercising due to my abs being sore but tomorrow for sure ima exercise and eat less. :)

Today I really messed up i ate four pieces of ham pizza froma n extra large pizza but cut into smaller pieces it had 12 pieces . and earlier I had a sprite slushi and had breakfast and lunch and fiber plus bar. Thats it i had enough I don't wanna be obese so to night I'm definitely exercising and tomorrow im gonna controll my self i had enough I worked so hard to get here. So I think tomorrow I will only eat 3 meals and 1 snack (90 cal. fiber one brownie). I need my eating to be controlled.

    Don't let one day push you down....
tomorrow is another day and you can do it better......I know you can do it better tomorrow....

It is one day at a time, one chice at a time and one step at a time....
Keep track of the changes you are making and not focusing on the blowouts....I havge them at times as well and I have learned that as you go on in this journey the blowouts get less and the good days get more.....

    One day at a time--that is the way to do this. Today you maybe ate too much but one day is one day in the scheme of things. You can do it!!! We are behind you! Good luck!
