If I have more mini goals I can reward myself more when I reach them. LOL. I missed the one by my birthday, January 4h, by my band anniversary, March 26, and I have a way to go before my Granddaughter's wedding August 19th. That one doesn't meet the attainable or is it reasonable?, part of SMART. I do drink my water but have done that for years, get my fruits and veggies, sleep and exercise. My downfall seems to be those unexpected goodies that pop up like cookies at Passport Players. Someone brings a treat every week it seems and I don't want to hurt feelings or seem snobby. I have avoided the birthday cake and icecream and the ice cream floats at the Senior Center. I did rejoin the lose 5% of your weight Spring challenge after not making the Winter one. They are each 8 weeks long. I'm going to reach this one. I always think that. If I didn't why would I join?
