My library now has e-books to borrow

I'm so excited. My library now has e-books to borrow. I have to explore more because it seems like they said something about 300 titles but I hope that's just the last 30 day added or something because that not very many books. That was one of the problems with my new Sony reader, paying for books or hunting forever to find something free I wanted. The old classics seem to be available but I've read them.

Recycle bags burst

I was taking two sacks of recycling down to put them in the bins. One with newspapers and one with shredded stuff. They were from Coburns and cheaper than some with no handle. As I went through the last door one back broke and splashed all over and the other started to slip and ripped too. I did pick up all the papers but some of the shredded stips I left.

Computer's Driving me crazy

For days now every time I try to do anything on my computer it fights me. Today I've spent almost 3 hours on it and now just barely got into SparkPeople. I realize it could be SparkPeople but I couldn't get into FaceBook or Ellen either. I keep blaming it on the change I have to make to go with Quest or stay with MSN and I can't decide. Or mostly haven't done anything about it. It says I have until 6/30 to decide. I did figure out how to make copies on Gail's printer though, Not Double sided but single copy which works for me just flip the sheet being copied over and put the copy made in the feed tray.

Went to the building's Womens Luncheon

There was some really great salads and desserts at the luncheon and I ate too many desserts. I left after eating and told those at my table I had to leave or I might be tempted to go back for more. And I would have been. I did stop on my way home and walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes to try and counter them. Also as day 1 on my next virtual race.

I spent another hour or so on the computer today trying to get my state taxes done after messing with the computer and fighting etc with it yesterday. I'm not paying $39.95 to file my state taxes when I don't have to file because I don't make enough to make me. Picky aren't I? It filed me for free on the federal but no way on the state. I'll bet most people are done while I'm still messing around.
