Well That Did Not Go As Planned

In May I was supposed to be flying out to the UK to spend a little over 5 months with my fiance before we applied for a new fiance visa for myself. Well I flew out as planned spend 11hrs on my butt in a cramped little seat and when I finally landed I was held in customs treated like garbage buy one immigration officer and refused entrance into the UK by the Head immigration officer. All I got was a BS letter explaining why I was refused (it was totally incorrect! they said I only had $22 and a return ticket and no proof of going back to the USAon me even tho I had my UK bank card a written letter from my boss a return ticket plus my fiance told them he was going to be my major support while I was in the UK. Filed a complaint and seeking law advice from places in the UK.

And to make it worse I gained 5 pounds!. But I did buy some weights plus a new sportline 560 duo heart rate monitor so far it seem to be working! And it makes a really nice watch and a great timer but at $50 I hope it does do a decent job!

Well I ended up falling off the horse "diet" due to being really sick..now I only have 3 weeks and 4 days to drop at lest 10 pounds before I fly off to the UK (what?..I want to look good for my fiance plus I want to shock the day lights out of his family even if it's just a little)..So now I onlky have a short time to not only drop weight but get my acne under a little control.I wish I was Irish maybe then I would have some luck lol..but if you fall of the horse sell it and get a smaller one..besides less of a fall :D

    his family are jerks to me so I kinda want to lose some weight not just for myself but to stun them because they said I could not do it!

    Well my dear do not be foolish about how you do this. It is important to you how you look but please do it for you.

I think your Fiancee will love you and so will his family no matter what. So get back on your horse and do what you know you need to do. But do not be so hard on you.
You are worth so much more than a few pounds.

So I have been on my "diet" for 1 month and 3 days and have lost 10 pounds!..not bad I dont think.If I have worked it right on my calculator I lost roughly 2.25 pounds a week..is that healthy?..

  


The Head Ache Monster

The head ache monster has shown up today and has left me with such a head ache it hurts to have the lights on or even the window blinds/curtains.I get dizzy when I try to workout as well so I'm cutting my workout time down for the day.I cant stand with out feeling like someone is trying to compress my head down into the rest of my body.My ears feel like they have pressure in them like when you on take off in a plane.man it's awful!. emoticon

    I use to have loads of sugar in the form of soda but I have cut that down to like 1 glass of soda maybe once a week and almost all of my sugar intake has been cut down to half or 1/4 of what it use to be.and I still feel like I'm having someone squeezing my head

    When I stopped eating sugar I stopped having headaches and that compression type of feeling in my ears. Try cutting back on refined sugars and carbs (like white rice, white pasta) and see if your headaches are less frequent or stop altogether.

Fitness Tracking Problems

Every time I want to track my fitness on the fitness tracker it hardly every has any of the fitness stuff I'll do on it like say a thigh tone (thigh master my mom had one when I was a kid) but honestly does any one know how many calories are burned in like 10-15 mins using it? or how many calories burned with stretch bands (light,med,heavy 10 reps 4 sets each) it's frustrating they need to have like a calorie burn calculator or something or a way to save how many calories you burn in say 10 mins using whatever.This is so frustrating. emoticon

    well even if it dont burn alot of calories it still helps tone you a little bit..besides I use it for light strength training lol.and for 10 mins I would burn about 46.2 calories ya my calculator worked lol

    It hardly burns any calories at all, especially if you are only using it for 10 minutes.

According to Livestrong, a 150 pound person burns about 100 calories using a Thighmaster for 30 minutes. So 10 minutes would only burn around 33 calories. You could manually enter that.

That's an incredibly inefficient exercise. You would be better off even doing an extremely slow walk.

    If you want the calorie count, I'd probably find something close to what you're doing. I think it has notes at the bottom (at least the food tracker does) and you can put what you actually did there to remind you what your program is.
