Wasting Time?

I'm supposed to blog today for the Spark Coach about wasting time. Ha!
I'm working two jobs. Time is not something I have to waste.
So the challenge for me is to cut out the excuses even when most people would say I have a good excuse. I have to change "no time to exercise" into "I can do the 4-minute workout."

One of the things that has really helped me at Sparkpeople are all the ideas to go with all the issues that crop up in my life. When I found out I had high blood pressure, I decided to increase my potassium and magnesium uptake. Sparkpeople had articles and recipes on potassium rich and magnesium rich food.

Every day I find something else I can use at Sparkpeople.

    Thee are a ton of videos for 5 minute workouts and for desk bound exercises. If you want some help finding one, just let me know. Spark search will give you a list of results.

Getting rid of our excuses, JUSTIFIED reasons suck balls sometimes don't they? emoticon

One of mine to do cardio is I sit thinking wayyyyy to long trying to figure out what cardio I should do. By the time I actually do something...I could have been done and drinking a cup of coffee!
