I haven't updated in a while...

Since I haven't updated anything in a while. I have finally unlocked the free step on the Wii and have enjoying that. I have increased the amount of exercising I have been doing. I also have been reading much more than usual. I am really into the Ghostwalker series by Christine Feehan. All the reading has kept from the web, but not from exercising thank you to the free step on the Wii. I have also stop watching Twilight.

This week another pound fell by the way side. Right now my dog is trying step on the keyboard.

I wish that I had something more motivational to say but I don't.

I know that the increases in exercises that I have been trying to do is really helping me get through some tough emotional times. So hopefully I can keep it up. There is so much going on.

This weekend I have a pub crawl. I can't wait. I time to blow off some steam.

    I love Christine Feehan, have you tried her Carpathian series? There is about 16 books in all.

Spending to much too time watching TV

I love Twilight, but now that I have the DVD, I been spending all my free time watching. I have skipped my workouts in favor of watching. I need to find something to break me away from the TV screen. It has thrown me all out of balance, but I can't seem to break away. Work has becoming an interuption to my Twilight watching. I haven't even been entering what I have been eating, not that I have eating very much cause the time in the kitchen is also time away.

Right here right now, I vow to get on schedule!!

    I love TV as well. I get hooked to shows that I watch. If I don't get my work out in I use the Wii fit as I watch TV. There is a mode where you can use the step in "free step" mode. Basically you have to go up and down on it. (Although you have to use it a few times to "earn" this mode.) My rule is that I have to use it at least 3 times while I am watching TV. They are 30 minute modes. So if I do an hour and a half, I feel pretty good. And although it seems simple at first, your legs are super tired afterwards. Good luck!

Not sure why but for some reason I feel good

The scale is not moving, but I feel good lately. I have been walking more than usual and using the Wii Fit. And instead of being sore, I feel good. And it feels good to feel good. I can't explain it but I think that everyone here is part of the reason that I feel good. That are the fact that I can watch Edward and Bella anytime I want in a little more than 24hrs. (LOL)

5 lbs gone and 25 lbs to go

The scale this morning said that I am down 5 lbs, meaning that I only have 25 more to go. And even though it is only 5lbs it made me really happy all day. I am starting to feel like I have more energy then I did a month ago. The time change is not doing me well, I can't seem to get moving in the morning and can't fall asleep at night. Even with this change once I get going I seem to have more energy.

I have been able to keep up exercising because of my new Wii. It is just so fun! The other night I spent 45 min hula hooping.

I am off to play some Wii. emoticon

March is here

March has started and I am determined to make progress this month. I plan on sticking with the plan and exercising more. Hopefully soon it will start to get warmer and I can get outside to exercise more, Tucker is hoping for that to (I think he is getting worse cabin fever than me). I just got a Wii Fit and am hoping that it will make it more fun to workout inside. I took a few steps backward last week both in smoking and eating. I went out to eat several days for lunch and had a few smokes. But it has made me more committed to doing things the right way this week.

Well, now it is off to do some house work and maybe some Wii. Hope everyone has a good week.
