Started the Spark Your Body bootcamp Sunday 3rd.

I'm not good at remembering to blog so I'll try to keep up with the blog updates for this bootcamp.

I started the Spark Your Body Bootcamp Sunday the 3rd and today is day 3. I have decided that if I want to watch my evening shows (Biggest Loser, American Idol) I will have to be on the elliptical at the same time. That's motivation to get my cardio portion of the bootcamp in. Watching the biggest loser SHOULD make me want to get up and do something rather than sit on the couch eating snacks anyway! And it does. Good motivation! I need this bootcamp to get back into the consistancy I need to workout everyday.

Started Coach Nicole's Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp today.
I really need to re-jumpstart my nutrition intake and workout schedule. I've slacked off a lot these last couple months. No more excuses! There are always going to be something that gets in the way. Getting back to it and no better way than to be a part of this bootcamp.

Goals for bootcamp:
Get into a daily habbit again of exercise and eating right everyday!
Not so concerned about weight, but I want to trade some belly fat for leaner muscles! So So So want to lose the baby belly!!!

Thanks Coach Nicole! Looking forward to you kicking my butt!

I started Coach Nicole's New You Boot camp today. I'm surprised it's only 10 minutes long! But it's short and to the point. I like it. This is just for January so it's a good start for the new year to bring back the consistency of a daily workout! Thanks Coach Nicole!

I did the "6 Day Slim Down" from Hip Hop Abs

So despite being a bit hungry the first 2 days, the results were worth it!
I lost...
5 lbs.
1/4 inch in my upper arms
1 1/2 inches in my waist
Nothing in the hips (boo hoo)
1/4 inch in the thighs
and 1 1/2% body fat

If anyone is thinking of trying it, I recommend it.

    Yes, the Hip Hop Abs uses 2 videos for the 6 day slim down. One is cardio and the other is total body toning and they alternate every other day. I can't believe the results I got in just 6 days! The diet is not recommended for longer than six days though. But what a great way to jumpstart your routine! I do like the videos. Shaun T is fun and energetic! I like to dance and like they say you won't even know you're working out. It's great.
