90 day challenge!! Here I come

So I was sick last week & well just lazy this Saturday begins my 90 day challenge. What is it you ask?? I have no idea! But I signed up for it and Saturday I go in to my gym to get weighed & measured..I will also be starting another 3 mths session with Team Weight the next 90 days will be interesting. I went to the dr. a couple weeks back & everything came back excellent..thyroid, they are stumped as to how I can work out so hard & still not lose weight so she changed my birth control & are also waiting to see if anything happens after these 90 days.

Well thats about it..I'll try to blog more during my 90 day challenge! emoticon

So tonight in Team Weight Loss, Vance talk to us individually to let us know his thoughts on whether we should do the class again, go on our own, move up to Team Fitness..etc..So with me he feels I have to make a choice..Do his class or weight train with dave one or the other..he says I'm doing way to much & hence not losing weight etc..It's all very sad to me..I work so hard to see nothing..Yes I feel better blah blah blah..but I want to see it!

    That's CRAZY! I am so sorry, and I am kind of amazed that you are bummed that he wants you to exercise less! hahaha Look at how far you have come? Hmmmm I think I'd get a second opinion... there has got to be a reason why you aren't losing when you are working this hard for it.

So Dave is having use this stuff for Recovery &'s ok I guess. I'll feel better when the scale starts's clothes fit better but I want to be able to type in a new number on SP for my weight!..Well tonight is Team Weight Loss & my legs are killing me because Saturday was my leg day so now it's getting stiff. Spent some time in the spa last night to help but I won't let pain slow me down!

I'm coming up to the end of the 3 month Team Weight Loss I think I will sign up again..It's a great way to be sure I do my cardio & With Vance it's not just a treadmill you hop off at least 15 times during the hour to do squats, lunges, dumbell presses etc. so It's pretty fun!

OK so as I've said before I had to let Tony go for my weight training so now my awesome husband is training me..I must say I hurt like crazy today so that means he did good! I'm still gonna keep team Weight Loss since I hate cardio it keeps me accountable & I really gotta log my food cause I should be losing weight since I'm burning 7000 calories a week but i'm not so something is hinky??

    I think I would be talking to your doctor, something is definitely not jiving. with the amount of calories you are burning you should definitely be seeing a loss

    yeah they do the pinch test thing at the gym so I have gained muscle & lost fat according to the pinch test but the scale is not my friend!
