I have noticed since I cleaned my garage THREE WEEKS AGO and have MAINTAINED IT [through incentives--oddly enough~food~! See Secret of Success !] I have been chipping away at it ,little by little til I got it the way I wanted it~CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!!! And I realized that is what you do to get the weight off~~~You CHIP AWAY at it ,a little bit at a time,ONLY FOCUSING ON THAT LITTLE BIT, and it will come OFF,if you persevere!!!

Tracking Your Food & Other Exercises~~Now It's MORE Points!~Thanks SP!

I am always on SP ,constantly tracking my food [except for those few days I miss here and there,but not too often!]. I noticed yesterday that the points for tracking food has INCREASED to TEN instead of the original five! Works for me! Also the Fitness---Other Exercises has also been INCREASED TO TEN POINTS! ~~~THOUGHT YOU'D LIKE TO KNOW,SPARKERS!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Also another tidbit~~A Nutrition Article I read on SP by Coach Nicole shows that TRACKING YOUR FOOD CAN HELP YOU lose TWICE the weight [than if you DIDN'T TRACK your food!]. IT'S LISTED UNDER NUTRITION ARTICLES and can also be found in my Sparkfavorite articles....Thought that would be of INTEREST when tracking food.... emoticon emoticonor another way to lose unwanted numbers on the scale... emoticon!!!!![Something I've had to do when the scale is not showing the right numbers!] And I focus elsewhere on how clothes are fitting emoticon,how my body is responding emoticon,how cholestrol is going emoticon,how energy is going/how I'm feeling emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon!!!

Jack LaLanne~~ A Fitness Pioneer

I was saddened to hear of Jack LaLannes's death at age 96 yesterday.I remember being at home during the day and watching his tv show & even PARTICIPATING {!} in lifting those canned veggie or soup cans as "weights" to strengthen the arms! Amidst the stories & banter on the radio about Jack[which I think is VERY DISRESPECTFUL!], I remember what my trainer said about working out~~You will have a better quality of life ---and I add here--a longer life[ if God so chooses for you]-- in exercising daily....
