I actually LOVE rainy days,conditionally-----when I 'm inside and not having to go or be anywhere .It's especially fun with my family at home--just kicking back and relaxing ,watching movies ,cooking or baking and with a fire in the fireplace!!! Well, it looks likeC. is winning right now in lbs. 13 over my 10 but how is her bf? Mine's only 1% and that's what we're going by.....Speaking of which....how can someone lose 1% of body fat and NOT lose weight? Doesn't make any sense to me.....Maybe my bf losses will pick up in this next month....Sure would like to win the $140.00 pot and put it towards a treadmill. Then, I could ALWAYS RUN rain or shine,no matter what my schedule,my family's schedule. As long as my toddler NAPS..... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    If you are exercising more or something, you could be gaining muscle while losing fat. Muscle weighs more, but takes up less space. A good thing. Good Luck in the contest.

Today and yesterday had unexpectedly high caloric intakes BUT I AM TEN POUNDS LIGHTER than last month--my first month with Sparkpeople.com!!!!!! It seems my fitness is finally catching up with my metabolism {or vice versa} and they're working TOGETHER!!! Anyway, hope it is this way with the NEXT 10 lbs.....Though something tells me ---it's gonna be harder!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

To write a note to myself or someone I don't even know but might see it seems silly,but then I've found myself writing notes on my fitness tracker to explain{to myself} why I didn't exercise that day. Why?----b/c later I'll want to know why and forget unless I write it...less memory cells since the arrival of our toddler!!....
I love sparkpeople.com!! It's helped me in so many ways but really, it was my MISSING LINK TO WEIGHT LOSS!!! For years I had a trainer but no one to re-train MY MOUTH!!! I begged my trainer to write down meal plans but she only did one and it failed or rather I failed it and I never truly lost weight doing workouts 4x/wk.b/c I couldn't track every bite of what I ate.
Thank you sparkpeople.com for helping me to see that I CAN DO IT and will stop seeing " that belly" for good this year!!!! :) emoticon
