Happy New Year to all reading my site. I have been very bad during the holidays. I gained quite a bit of weight. As of today, I am getting close to losing most ofwhat I gained. But, I am 20 pounds above what my goal was when I began.

I need some more motivation to get the scale moving in the right direction.

This week I have been to too many meetings. The biggest problem is the food offered each day I am in these meetings. I have tried to be good, but all this good food that I do not have to cook is really hard to resist.

I love fall

It is a great fall day today. I racked leaves and then jumped in them (yes just like a little kid). It was so much fun. It has been in the mid to high 60s and sunny. Indian Summer is what comes to mind.

Here in Michigan you need to take advantage of any day that is near nice, as 5 minutes from now it will be different.

Isn't the fall wonderful! I walked yesterday through all the leaves on the ground and then it began to drizzle and the sound of the rain on the leaves was amazing. Love this time of year!
