My goal.

Sunday, February 16, 2014

Today is Feb. 16, 2014. I am today at 154.8. I would like to lose about 15 lbs by Mothers Day May 11th 2014. This is my goal. I would like to be 140 lbs buy Mothers Day. emoticon I just gotta emoticon . 15 days ago was my emoticon and I've lost 26 lbs. was 30 lbs but the holidays I gained some back. I was having alot of trouble with my bowels due to my MS but I think I've got that problem straightened out. So I can do this now. I know i can. 15 lbs in 3 months seems doable. Keeping my fingers crossed.

BLC 24 Smart Goals Blog

emoticon
My ultimate goal is to be healthy and stay functioning. To achieve being healthy I need to lose weight and to stay functioning I need to keep active. I want to lose 10 lbs in 12 wks. My goals are to exercise no less than 6 days per week and no less than 15 mins per day. Eat no less than 4 freggies per day every day of the weeks. And the one thing that I believe that has been holding me back from losing any weight for a few months that I will do faithfully everday is measuring and tracking everything that goes in my mouth. I will reward my good behavior each month by buying a new workout dvd or a new piece of equipment to help further my success. emoticon

Most people do not include a reward. emoticon I, myself, need to remember to reward the hard work. Let's do it one day at the time. With MS, that's enough. emoticon emoticon Let's keep Sparking, my friend.

What Im thankful for

Wednesday, November 27, 2013

I am thankful for Spark People site first & foremost. I'm thank full for all my spark friends that cheer me on daily & I am very thankful for my little family team Daily Fitness Challenges. These members are more than friends we r family. We cheer each other on we support each other & we joke n play around while were keeping each other motivated. I'm thankful I only have 10 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. I'm thankful I'm still able to move around n exercise. The MS hasn't got the best of me yet. I'm thankful for my husband & most of all my son. I'm thankful to still have my parents with me. The most important that should've been first on this list is God. If not for him I would not even be here to enjoy my life. Thank u God, thank u spark friends & family.

Today I start the #fit2feast Challenge. Exercise everyday for the month of November. I also start the new Leslie Sansone Challenge Fit for Thanksgiving challenge. To me they go hand in hand I exercise everyday for both of the challenges and hopefully I'll lose the 5 lbs needed for the holiday challenge for Thanksgiving on my team the Daily Fitness Challenges Team. I've got alot of challenges going on for the holiday's its gonna keep me active and accountable. I also love the new start page it keeps me focused and present. So to all new members, join in some challenges to keep u focused at the beginning of ur journey when things can seem a little overwhelming just give urself a pep talk. " emoticon , I will do this, I will emoticon".

Update

Thursday, October 24, 2013

I went to the nutritionist yesterday and was told what I already know. Just have to implement it. More fruits, veggies, and water. I'm gonna do it see what happens and wait for my appointment to the Gastroenterologist. I started losing again, I'm down to 155.0 now this morning so that is a great thing. The Walking with Leslie Sansone Walk for 30 days is almost over and I did pretty good keeping up with it, I wasn't perfect but nobody is. I am going to do SP's #fit2feast challenge exercise at least 10 mins per day through Thanksgiving. I think I'll do pretty good with that challenge also. Exercise isn't my problem my problem is Emotional Eating. That I need to get under control. Well that is my update. Good luck on ur journey's and Have a terrific Thursday.

I need to eat more fruits and veggies also. It sounds so easy, but hard to get done. I did well with the 30 day walk challenge for the first two weeks and then DH had his surgery this week. I'll start over again next week when he comes home.

My problem is also emotional eating and after 8 PM. emoticon I am not sure what to do about that and just saying no, isn't working. I will keep working on it and if I find something that works, I will share it with you. emoticon
Congrats on doing so well with the Leslie DVDs! I am thinking on doing that since I have heard so many great things about it. I did the 10 minutes per day challenge and that's what started me doing what I do now. emoticon emoticon
