I went to the nutritionist yesterday and was told what I already know. Just have to implement it. More fruits, veggies, and water. I'm gonna do it see what happens and wait for my appointment to the Gastroenterologist. I started losing again, I'm down to 155.0 now this morning so that is a great thing. The Walking with Leslie Sansone Walk for 30 days is almost over and I did pretty good keeping up with it, I wasn't perfect but nobody is. I am going to do SP's #fit2feast challenge exercise at least 10 mins per day through Thanksgiving. I think I'll do pretty good with that challenge also. Exercise isn't my problem my problem is Emotional Eating. That I need to get under control. Well that is my update. Good luck on ur journey's and Have a terrific Thursday.
