My 10 min fitness streak of 50+ days

emoticon I'm doing it. emoticon
Today is Day 8. I've done a week full of exercise. I'm aiming for at least 10 mins but I'm doing alot more each day. The days I have Physical Therapy I don't get in as much bc they work me to exhaustion. I'm so weak when I come out of there I come home and relax. Here in a few I'm putting my walking sneakers on and heading out the door to walk around my tiny town. Its 1.3 miles from my door around town back to my door. Yesterday I walked 1.76 miles around. I want to work up to twice completely around. I'll do it emoticon just gotta emoticon.

Sparkguys 10 mins fitness streak

Yesterday I joined Spark guys 10 mins fitness streak team n yesterday was day 1, 7/25/14= 88 mins.Today 7/26/14 iI did 31 mins of fitness. I'm shooting for 50 days n beyond. emoticon
As most of u know I have MS n since Jan. I felt weaker by the day so now I'm doin strength at physical therapy twice a week plus at home BC my legs n arms got very weak. So I decided no ifs ands buts bout it I'm doing some form of fitness each n every day. So I joined the 10 min fitness club to keep me motivated n accountable. I will b posting on my status everyday my progress n also will b blogging it to keep accountable. Everyone should b doing at least 10 mins a day.

My goal.

Today is Feb. 16, 2014. I am today at 154.8. I would like to lose about 15 lbs by Mothers Day May 11th 2014. This is my goal. I would like to be 140 lbs buy Mothers Day. emoticon I just gotta emoticon . 15 days ago was my emoticon and I've lost 26 lbs. was 30 lbs but the holidays I gained some back. I was having alot of trouble with my bowels due to my MS but I think I've got that problem straightened out. So I can do this now. I know i can. 15 lbs in 3 months seems doable. Keeping my fingers crossed.

My ultimate goal is to be healthy and stay functioning. To achieve being healthy I need to lose weight and to stay functioning I need to keep active. I want to lose 10 lbs in 12 wks. My goals are to exercise no less than 6 days per week and no less than 15 mins per day. Eat no less than 4 freggies per day every day of the weeks. And the one thing that I believe that has been holding me back from losing any weight for a few months that I will do faithfully everday is measuring and tracking everything that goes in my mouth. I will reward my good behavior each month by buying a new workout dvd or a new piece of equipment to help further my success. emoticon
