I haven't written a random blog in a while and it's the beginning of December and BLC #12 is almost done.
Honestly I can't think of much to say, I've just been working on sticking to my nutrition plan. That's been the hardest part! Of course I'm sure that's the hardest for everyone! If I don't plan it all in the day before I always give in and just do whatever! And I've realized that staying up late is when I want to eat the most, Usually when I stay up late it's because I'm having a good time and my emotional eating is eating when I'm happy and having a good time! Something I really enjoy knowing about myself but I'm still not sure how to fix it!
I've really been enjoying my workouts though! I love doing strength training on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and I'm starting to really enjoy cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! I mostly just enjoy how I feel afterwards :D
I've also been really working on my praying and going to God, taking every thought captive! It's all about practice!

So, week 7 challenges
Total Body Workout
I've been loving my strength days this last Tuesday and Thursday. I do turbo jam sculpting stuff which I absolutely love!
Carbs, Fats, and Protein
I've pretty much met all my nutriton goals this week, I have been going over a little on my fats because I've been craving smores, egg nog, and butterbeer :p But I've been planning them in and only 1 day this week I haven't stuck to my nutrition list
Yay motivation challenges!!!
Well that's about it, this week I've had a little trouble getting back on the ball after being sick a couple weeks ago!
But I did my 60 minutes of strength tuesday, 10 minutes of cardio outside wednesday, and another 60 minutes strength on thursday, then today I've finished my first cardio segment, I still want to complete 2 more today!
I just want to have peace when I step on the scale tomorrow morning!

I've been super sick this week since Tuesday night so I wasn't about to complete most of the challenges!
Change it up & Tone and Tighten
I was so ready to try some zumba this week but I just couldn't do any exercise, but I was super strict on my eating!
Lighten your drinks
I was able to complete this challenge though this week! Especially with having this cold I've been very good about getting in my water!
Today though I'm finally starting to feel better, I finally found a medicine that works, after 3 or 4 failed attempts at getting relief!!! I'm excited about this next week because I'm back on board and ready to blow week 6 out of the water!

Pant size: was 16-18 now my pants are a little baggy but I still fit comfortably in those sizes
Bust: was 39 now 38 1/2
Thigh: same 24
Hips: was 48 now 46
Waist: was 36 now 34 1/2
Arms: was 16 now 14 1/2
Well I've only lost 7.4 pounds, but I've learned so much in these first four weeks! I 've really learned how to be a peace with whatever the scale says each week and I'm not as obsessed about seeing the numbers go down. I'm more interested in how I feel at the end of each day, whether I prayed, stuck to my nutrition, or did my exercise. I've realized how I emotionally eat and why I can't seem to help myself on "special" occasions.
Kick up the fitness:
I got 250 cardio minutes this week! Woohoo!
