Starting over, again.

Well, things have not been going so good. Have gained several pounds, havent been watching what i am eating and havent been able to exercise. Even grocery shopping has become a terrible chore because i am in so much pain by the time i am done. In the last two months, I have been diagnosed with, acid reflux, sleep apnea, arthritis, and maybe diabetes. also have nerve damage in one leg, possible in the other. gonna have to get back on track and get rid of this weight.

  thanks to all for the encouragement. have been so busy with dr's appts. that i havent been able to get on here. we have now added carpal tunnel in both wrists to the long list of ailments. i guess it can only get better from here. i have a very supportive husband and i am going to do this.

    I am sorry to hear so much is going on with you. Just keep trying to stay on track and work towards your goals. Tracking food is a great tool to use. Read some of the articles SP has to help you too.

    Sorry to hear about your troubles, but take heart you have made an important step in reaching out for support. You CAN do this!
Start tracking your food, even at first if you don't stay within your guidelines, it is really important to get it all down and then it is a great way to see where you can shave off some calories without being too drastic.
Your body will thank you for it.
We all have many obstacles that get in our way, but be strong, you can conquer them!
