Well, I did pretty good the first day or two, then TOM (Time of Month) came... I'm still eating breakfast, which was my main goal for the week. But I've added some non-essentials, like ice cream, carmels, donuts.... So improvement is still needed. But baby steps right?
Tomorrow morning I am going to start getting back in the habit of my morning multi-vitamin. This next week I'm concentrating on water. Since TOM is here, I'm going to work further on improving choices another week. Not that I won't try, but its not going to be the main focus, so that I won't set myself up for failure. I'm just not ready for 100% accuracy on health choices. Not that I'll ever be at 100%... But you get the picture...
Here is to another good week. I think I'll get on the scale in the morning too. I know I usually weigh higher at the end of TOM, so I want to see if I've lost anything before the big bloat.
