Down 4 - Ten Times and I'll be where I left off...

I weighed again this morning. I'm getting scale obsessed again... I'm down 4 lbs so far. I was up about 40 from my low weight, so now I just have to do that 10 more times before I will be back down to where I was about a year and a half ago.

I took my multi-vitamin this morning and I've already had a little breakfast. So I'm staying on the right track keeping up last weeks goals and getting going on this weeks goals. I will just keep building on this and make all this stuff habit again!

    Good for you - if you've done it once, you can do it again. Just make sure to love yourself during the process. And take baby steps.

As far as goals go I did great this past week. I ate breakfast and lunch everday. My goals this week are to increase
water intake to at least 8 cups of water a day by the end of the week. And take my multiple vitamin daily.

I got on the scale this morning and I'm down 2 lbs from last week. Yeah.

Well, we had pancakes for breakfast this morning. So I guess I better try to have salad at lunch and something light for dinner!

    It's OK to eat like a king for breakfast, as long as you eat like a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner. When I have a large, yummy breakfast, I just have something small for dinner, like a salad with a can of tuna. Sometimes you just gotta have a big yummy breakfast!

    ME TOO, WE HAD FRENCH TOAST BUT I USED SUGAR FREE SYRUP WHICH SAVED A COUPLE OF HUNDRED CALORIES.
HUBBY IS DIABETIC AND I USE THE SAME CONDIMENTS I LIKED IT BETTER THAN THE SUGAR KIND.
I DID USE DOUBLE FIBER BREAD FOR THE FRENCH TOAST SO AT LEAST I GOT MORE FIBER THAT WAY.
YOUR STILL DOING GREAT, LIKE YOU SAID JUST HAVE TO LIGHTEN UP ON THE REMAINING MEALS.

Not Horrible So Far

Well, I did pretty good the first day or two, then TOM (Time of Month) came... I'm still eating breakfast, which was my main goal for the week. But I've added some non-essentials, like ice cream, carmels, donuts.... So improvement is still needed. But baby steps right?

Tomorrow morning I am going to start getting back in the habit of my morning multi-vitamin. This next week I'm concentrating on water. Since TOM is here, I'm going to work further on improving choices another week. Not that I won't try, but its not going to be the main focus, so that I won't set myself up for failure. I'm just not ready for 100% accuracy on health choices. Not that I'll ever be at 100%... But you get the picture...

Here is to another good week. I think I'll get on the scale in the morning too. I know I usually weigh higher at the end of TOM, so I want to see if I've lost anything before the big bloat.

I can not believe it has been over a year since I have Sparked. I finally got on the scale today to see the ugly truth... Well it wasn't as bad as I feared. 278 still down
14 fromy alltime high of 292. But not good. The rest of
this week I will eat breakfast and
lunch and I will watch my choices.

  I just picked up an iPod Touch, with the hopes that it will keep me tracking my information as well. I've always been heavy, but when your friends mention to you that you gaining even more weight, maybe it's time to start changing habits. Hope all goes well for you.
