I got 4 out of 7 days of workouts in. I am really working on getting every single day in this coming week. I will be gone for the weekend, but going to try to still get workouts in.
During the week I was good about staying in my calorie range. The weekends are where I always struggle. This is another area that I need to work on.
Also during the week, I was really good about sticking to getting 8+ glasses of water in for the day. The weekends aren't as good, but are getting better. I will continue to work on this as well.
I lost 1 pound this week!
