Monday - Herbalife24 Fit, 5 Mile Run

I didn't get to the Herbalife24 Fit workout during the day. This was my first day back to working out after having a severe Influenza B bout.

I did the 5 Mile Run on the treadmill when I got home from work. I wasn't about to do it outside since we got SNOW AGAIN! Whoever is ordering this snow can stop anytime. I finished the 5 mile run on the treadmill in 54:45.

I was very low on calories yesterday.

I got 9 glasses of water in for the day.

Day 1 of 1 for the week for workouts!

    About the snow! I know! While we didn't get any snow here, we definitely got the cold weather. And the weather was being so nice and great! I think this will be one year everyone will be rejoicing when summer gets here! :)

Wednesday - 6 Mile Run

I did this on the treadmill when I got home from work. I tried something different with my intervals on there and was able to cut my time from the 5 mile run earlier in the week. I finished the 6 mile run in 1:05:33.

I was a bit over in my calorie range, but after that run on the treadmill, I think I"m okay. The problem I"m having is with the increased workouts, I'm feeling hungry ALL THE TIME.

I got 8 glasses of water in for the day.

Day 3 of 3 for workouts for the week!

    If you are running that much every day, try drinking more water. Shake it up with cucumber or lemon slices. Try herbal tea... Most people misinterpret thirst as hunger. Maybe your body is hungry for more water. Also, if you are putting in that much cardio your body needs a bit more food, don't beat yourself up about eating more. As long as you have a calorie deficit at the end of the day, you are moving in the right direction emoticon

Tuesday - DVD

I did this when I got home from a dinner meeting. It was almost 9:30 when I started, but I did it anyway. It was my Herbalife24 Fit DVD. This was the Phase 1 Metabolic workout. We almost had a house emergency while I was doing the workout as we had a balloon get a little too close to the ceiling fan, but it quickly moved away from the fan and then my husband threw it away.

I was WAY over my calories for the day. Today is a new day though and I can't change anything now.

I got 9 glasses of water in for the day.

Day 2 of 2 for the week for workouts!

Day 1

Monday - 5 Mile Run

After I got home from work and before a Wellness Coaching appointment, I got a workout in. It wasn't my run yet. This one was my Herbalife24 Fit workout. This was the Phase 1 Spine & Pelvis Stabilization. I am going to try to stick to the entire 24 week program, so this was Week 1, Day 1.

After I got my son to bed, and knew that he was actually asleep, I got my 5 mile run done on the treadmill. I watched Netflix while I ran so it made the time go by quicker. I finished in 55:31.

I was a tad over on my calorie range for the day, but figured with all of the calories I burned during my workouts, I am okay overall.

I got 12 glasses of water in for the day.
