Ok I am going to try to just let it go today.

Have on my cut off's and a tank top and am going to just work in my yard today. Yep can get cardio minutes for mowing the yard with that old push mower!!!!!

Also can get in those squats and such since have lots of Dandelions that need to come up. What a difference 2 years makes in how I see exercise!!!!!!!

So as soon as my daughter is out the door for school I am out the door for the yard.



1610- pulled and dug up weeds for 2.5 hours--raked up grass and leaves for 1.5 hours---now the fitness thing won't count anymore of my time!!!!!!!!!
But I had fun and I am really stinky now and going to take a shower!!!

    I'm with Relive, I have no yard!! Lol. I hope you had fun, and didn't get sunburnt or anything! It's a good time of year to be outside!

I have discovered how to check where I am on leaderboard for fitness minutes-so everyone look out I am after the #1 SPOT!!!!!!!!

today is active rest day and have already done 75 min of cardio. probably will do a dvd later when job hunting on computer gets on my last nerve.

Trying to eat cleaner and am feeling kinda sluggish as junk is getting out of my system. At least that is what I am gonna blame the sluggishness on!! LOL.

Got some suggestions yesterday on things I hadn't thought of doing jobwise and am going to work on those today.

    emoticon Wish I loved to exercise as much as you do! I too use exercise videos, but blah, I make myself do them. I always feel better afterwards but getting started is what's hard. Surprisingly eating within my ranges is far easier than working out, for many it's the other way around! Haha.

Looking for job and trying to maintain sanity

Oh I am tired of looking at my resume and looking for a job already!!!!! I don't really think I want to continue Nursing but it pays pretty well.

Really need to study and finish final for certification.

Not in the mood to do anything!!!

Need to go weigh for month.

Not motivated just frustrated!!!!



1000-Weighed in for month at Weight Watchers-up only .2 lbs. I can deal with that!

    Maybe you just need to take a day off of the daily grind. Forget about job hunting and certification for 24 hours. The start anew the next day with a fresh look at things.

    Don't blame you for not being in the mood to do any of that! It sucks but you'll get through it! Nursing does pay pretty well. I guess it depends on what your financial needs are right now. Good luck on all that work!

Oh WOW!!!!! Was just reading the weekly SP team news letters and discovered that on 1 team I am in 2nd place on fitness minutes and on the other 5th. HHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMM Think I want to be ! #1!

Guess I can at least use some of the time out of work to boost those fitness minutes so I can really look the part of a personal trainer!! LOL!

GOt to go to store and buy some clean food so I can work on that this week too. Made 2 different kinds of clean energy bars yesterday then had to get one of them out of my house quick! It was awesome tasting and I wanted to just keep eating it!!!! JUst because it is clean and healthy doesn't mean NO CALORIES!!!!!!

Well off to job search land.

Man I really need to learn to use the spell check button!!

On getting the good tasting stuff out of the house.
I am that way, if it is here, I'll eat it and you can get fat on Good for you also.
Portion control is the answer but if we can't resist then keep it out of the house. LOL
I don't keep Ice cream in my house for the same reason.
