In the summer I was walking 6 miles a day and I only lost 5lbs. I was relaxed and rested. School started. It has taken me at least 6 weeks to adjust to less walking. Less calories and less sleep. Many days I thought it is just not worth getting up at 5am. I am so tired. The Biggest Loser started again and watching those people crying, sweating and struggling really motivates me to get up and move it. I can do it. I can enjoy life and eat healthy. Pizza and Wine Coolers do not make me healthy. Friday Night Football Pizza make a sluggish Saturday Morning walk or no desire to walk. Fast food does not help me walk faster or feel better. I need to focus on foods that make me feel healthy and full of energy. Candies and Chocolates taste great but the next day I am dragging and wanting more sugar. Say NO TO SUGAR
I know I can do this. I just needed to give myself time to adjust to a different schedule.
