I have been trying to get my laptop to allow me to blog for several weeks. Today out of the blue it has allowed to to finally blog.
I love summer. In the Spring I get off track. It seems I took the detour on the road to success. Stress ahead.
I looked forward to the summer so I could get back on track. I have been trying to walk at least 3 miles per day. I am also biking, kayaking and swimming not daily but when I can.
I have been faithfully keeping my journal, measuring my food, watching my portions and drinking water.
I know these are the tools are the things that will help me avoid all the unhealthy foods.
