I have been heavy all my life.
When I graduated HS I was 190lb
I am one of the few people that can say I weigh what I did in HS.
I have lost and gained so much weight.
When I was in WW I lost weight and became a lifetime member 140.
Quite and had my second baby 200lbs.
Joined TOPS and lost 50lbs. So proud.
Quite and had my third baby. Rejoined TOPS but could never get down to goal. Quite again went up to my highest of 250 but at the doctors 260. That was 3 years ago.
Each time it gets harder. Fad diets, low carb, diet pills there is no fast way.
I am glad this time to have a support group of TOPS and my Spark teams to help me on my journey to weight loss.
So today I weighted in at 193lbs. No my lowest but on my way. Summer is here and I am in my summer boot camp vacation from school mentality.
1.Writing down what I eat.
2. Walking daily and swimming and working in the yard (in 90 degree weather)
3. Staying away from sugar
4. Drinking lots of water
Winter will be here soon and then I know my friends will be there to support me.
Give me advice how do you handle exercise, work and weight loss.
Getting home late no supper, skipping lunch because there is no time to eat, eating while you are grading papers or on the computer because there is no time.
Stress gets me every school year or maybe it is time management????
So were would I be without my support group TOPS I would be a unhealthy 300lbs.
