For the past month I have been sick with an intestinal infection so I have not been working out like I wanted to. Plus at school things are fast and furious. Since Thanksgiving I feel like I do not know if I am coming or going. I have so much to write about and update that I just do not know where to begin.
1st I would like to share about my experience with Cyber Monday.
I ordered a camera from Walmart for my daughter. I had it shipped to my house because Walmart gets so crazy this time of year.
When it was delivered the Fed Ex person threw it into my yard with my 2 large boxer dogs to chew it up.
My son found the box all over our yard and the camera in the trees.
Good News Walmart made good on the return. I took it back to the store got a refund and ordered another camera this time to the store. Yea!!!!
My other daughter order from Amazon with no problem left a note and went and got it at the Post office. Another gift down.
My son just do not know what to get him. He is 22 and wants a new car, wants a new computer, new Nintendo, DS games, video games. Hey guy you need to save for college and get a job.
Not for Christmas this year sorry. Maybe a gift card will do.
I have had school festivals., band concerts and school programs have not gone to TOPS. I have not weighed in and I have gained. Now the last 2 weeks of the year the meetings are cancelled so no weigh in until Jan. maybe. Needless to say I am a little disappointed with the chapter. Oh well I am in no position to criticize. I need to be supportive of the officers because I have not been there for the past few weeks.
Finally I am on vacation.
Last year I used the 2 week vacation as my Weight Loss Boot Camp. I was again starting my weight loss journey. I was at 250lbs and I could barely walk 1 mile. During the holiday I started. 1 mile in the morning at 2.5 on my treadmill. 1 mile in the evening. By the end of the 2 weeks I was up to 3 miles in the morning. and 3 miles at night.
I need to do this again.
Instead of focusing on the food I am going to focus on exercise.
The problem is my body is used to walking so now I have to step it up to jogging to lose the weight. I am also doing push ups and plank. I think I will start bike riding with my stationary bike just to mix up the workout.
Vacation boot came will help with the stress and keep me out of the cookie jar.
