I finally got outside when it wasn't too hot to jog. I did a quick one mile, 13:12 was my time. Afterward I was able to do some weights (bicep curls, tricep "curls", and delt presses). Hubby finally got the adjustable hand weights working again. WooHoo! I also stretched for four minutes afterward, my calves. I always have to try to keep those loose. So it was a quick workout, but a complete workout.
On another happy note, hubby says he's going to start eating healthy again. I'm really proud of him for trying to get back at it. He also wants to start walking and lifting weights every day.
