Today I was busy catching up food prep to eat healthy food, and laundry from being gone lots of days this week. I finally got my workout done, and hubby convinced me to lift weights. That was about a 30 min workout. I haven't done weights as much as I want, but I've at least started back at doing them again. Last week I got one weight session in, this week one weight session as well. Maybe I'll be able to get some done on Saturday too. We'll see how my time goes. As always, I'll be busy, busy, busy.
