I LOVE getting outside in weather like this. Today I did jogging and weight intervals:
1 mile jog, weights, abs (non-crunch)
I did this three times.
My jogging total time was under 42 minutes. I felt slow today, and it felt pretty warm out there. I hope the weather cooperates. I'd love to get outside again this week.
I am doing great at avoiding fat, alcohol, and high glycemic foods. I'm also trying really hard to watch my portions, 3/4 of my plate as veggies, 1/4 meat. I think I really needed some extra last night after dinner. I was starting to crash and had an extra ham and cheddar cheese (a fancy Irish kind from Costco). That helped a lot instead of my usual stick of string cheese. I still think I'm making progress, but can only weigh myself once a month, if that often. I don't want to discourage myself.
Hubby is still trying hard at eating well. He also tries to get some sort of workout in, but he is pretty tired after work.
I'd better go now, lots still to do around the house.
