Today I was able to get back on track with weights. For various reasons I was only able to get one weight session in last week. Today I did 30 min elliptical, weights (chest, bicep, delt, quads), crunches (regular, bicycle, reverse) and then 20 min of Zumba.
The Zumba game is a little frustrating at this point. It takes me a while to log on. I don't know if they could make it more complicated. It used to be (way back in the nintendo years) that you plug it in, turn it on, and you were good to go. I'm having Mikey, my oldest, figure out how to open up more sessions for me. Right now I can only do two easy sessions, which really aren't that easy at all. Zumba is fast, it's fun, but it's fast.
We've got another busy week ahead. Basketball practice for Stevie, Piano for four kids, guitar practice for one, track practice starts for Mikey, Valentine's parties for the three elementary kids, and I work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. That means I have to get all my home jobs done by Thursday, and have some food ready to take to work this weekend.
I'd better get at it!!!
