Just over an hour left & i will be able to go home , the plan for tonight ? return the scale that did not work we ended up buying another one that was much better now both me & my fiancÚ can use the scale :) pick up the groceries needed to make homemade pizza, pita, low fat cheese & lots of veggies :) i was looking for a smaller plate to use for my suppers & i found one i like at a local store i might pick that up too :) go home cook supper ,eat, clean the kitchen do my 30 min workout while my laundry is washing , fold & put away the clothes that i washed yesterday ooops ! maybe watch an hour of tv & off to bed early (did not sleep well last night but that's a whole other story !!!)

I got on the scale today and to my amazement i was down another 3.5 pounds for a total of 25 pounds !!!!!! My original plan was to loose 25 pounds by march , i still have 3 more months & i am already there !!!! YAY!!!! i really think splitting my workout into 2 sessions , one first thing in the morning & one in the evening after supper is why i reached my goal early , i have logged all my food & cut out almost all of the junk out of my life , i do allow myself one treat every week or so ..... i thought for sure i was going to plateau this week because of all the Christmas parties & the fact that i am working more hours till Christmas , but so far it has not affected me. now i am going to shoot for another 20-25 pounds by march 5th .

Tis the season , which means overtime for me , i was supposed to be off today but when they offered overtime i decided i could really use the money (for the wedding ) i was informed i would probably be offered extended hours this week & asked to work next saturday & sunday , which means no time off till christmas eve !!! So i stopped at the butcher on the way home picked up a chicken & a few other things so i would be prepared for a few suppers , i have the slowcooker out for tomorrow morning , and all my veggies prepped, that will do for mon & tues night , i have salmon & rice & roasted veggies for wed , i still have not figured out thurs or fri yet but i have a good start, i really need to be prepared so that i can eat healthy and still get my workouts in and work all the extra hours .

I Went out today for my work Christmas lunch , it was at a pub & i was a bit worried about the food choices , i did not have to worry at all , i chose a casadia extra veggies & asked them to use less cheese , it tasted great & stayed within my values for lunch :)
I can't wait for tomorrows party , i know now i can be good & still have fun

If this isn't a test of my willpower i don't know what is , both party's are at restaurants , Tomorrow it is at a pub & they don't even have salad on the menu , this should be interesting !!!!! LOL.... i don't drink so i'm not worried about the extra calories there, i'm happy with water or diet pepsi , oh i just realised i have not had a diet pepsi in 2 months !!!! only water ...WOW how time flies .... Saturdays party is at east side mario's they do serve salad but i'm going to try to avoid the unlimited bread sticks, bread is one of my weaknesses :(
