More low blood sugars. Yesterday was a bad day because I was at a customer site all day then had to drive to the office in NJ. Lunch was delayed and I was 69 when we sat down to eat. Then my food was 30 minutes arriving. I ended up over eating. Then I was going to stop for dinner on the way to the office and the traffic was stopped on the highway due to an accident for an hour and a half. Dinner was a quick chicken mcwrap from McDonalds and I got to the hotel around 9 in time to drop in to bed. No exercise either. Back in to work by 7am so no exercise today so far. Had a long meeting this afternoon so no afternoon snack. 72 by 5pm. Do I have enoyugh sugar to exercise now? I don;t really know. Cracker Barrel haddock, baked sweet potato, fresh apple slices, and a salad with no dressing. I stopped by Walmart and picked up some supplies so I can have a snack later. n Need to go back to Walmart and return a cable so maybe I will walk for a while through the store. What a day!
