I love my new 200 under 200 calories book by The Hungry Girl and my new GoWear Fit armband.
First of all, this is the first cookbook I've used within the week of buying it. I have made the Shirataki noodles and the Breakfast Pizza. The recipes are so easy and tasty. I have all the ingredients already, but just didn't think about putting them together in such a way. Mmmm! I'm a happy hungry girl fan.
The armband by BodyMedia is helping me understand how active I am during the day and how much sleep I'm getting at night. I love it.
I need to be more active during the day and I need to get better sleep. I don't know if there are medical reasons for the sleep, but I'm going to do everything I can to fix my stats. I'm really happy with how its going so far. I wish the food tracking in SparkPeople could be synced up to the Body Media web site, because that would save me a big hassle. The arm band stats are wonderful because they tie in all of my exercise efforts like the Xbox Yourself! Fitness game, going for a walk, lifting weights, jogging, and following SparkPeople reccomendations. I feel so much more free not having to track things or remember what I did. Its incredibly liberating. I wish everyone could afford to buy one of these suckers... I got mine on eBay and saved about $60 total between the armband and the digital readout.
