I am under debate if I should carry a little pocket notebook with me with what I have eaten throughout the day. I know I can access this site, but at least until I really get going, I wonder if it would help to hold me accountable for what I am really eating.
Time to head to the gym later... I have much anxiety about this because I am so self concious of how I look and Im afraid I am going to see only fit people at the gym and they are going to judge me when I walk in. I know it's a bridge that I need to cross... a part me wondes though....
I am in search of any quick, healthy recipes. I work all evening shifts as a nurse, and my meals *when I get them* are usually short and snappy, and instead of grabbing something out of a machine I would like to prepare and take along, but I need something I can eat in 15 minutes if that is what happens. I have found some recipes on here.. but I really want minimal ingredients...
These are my missions and thoughts for the week~ Hopefully it's the first step in many more steps to come along this journey
