Today is my one day off per week so I'm just laying around thinking about the Lord and life and what the week ahead is going to look like. As far as exercise goes, here's what's on my mind:
Tuesday: 10-15 mile strength ride (work on climbing skills)
Wednesday: 10 mile recovery ride (focus on fun, take it easy)
Friday: 77 mile bike ride @ 17.5 mph average
Sunday: 10-20 mile speed ride (work on cadence)
So, I'll be riding 110-20 miles this week and hopefully continuing to improve my new riding style.
