It's a perfect day for riding but I'm going to have to take a day off today! My body needs to recover from pushing the pace a bit this week and putting in more miles than I have in a while--96 miles, to be exact, which is not much for some but quite a bit for me at this time of year.
I hope to get 105 miles in this week in four separate rides of 17, 22, 30, 36. The two longer rides are pretty challenging and so I plan to take it easy on the shorter rides and hammer on the longer ones. We'll see how it goes!
