Today's normally my day off but since I'm going to India in a couple of weeks I've decided to get some things done. And of course, I also have to sneak a bike ride in somewhere!
The plan is to work on body position today and bump up the miles a bit to about 30. As for body position, my plan is to warm up for 5 min and then spend 2 min out in any position followed by 3 min in the drops. I'll repeat this pattern for the remainder of the ride. My goal for this year is to be able to spend 50% or more of my time in the drops on any given ride.
