A good biking friend of mine just challenged me and a few others to drop some weight before our annual 300 mile bike ride. I've been on a plateau since June and this is just the motivation I need to find some way to break through this seemingly impossible barrier. Honestly, though, I'm not sure how I'm going to do this as I've tried everything I can think of to start losing again. But again, this will give me the necessary motivation to try, try, try again!
