I don't know if it's technically a quiche or just an egg-bake, but I got an idea off SP recipes and then added to it--quite a lot. The idea was eggs, spinach, and cheese to which I added broccoli, ham, onions, bell peppers, and small tomatoes. It's baking now (30 minutes at 350) and I can't wait to see how it tastes!
And the best part is that this one egg-bake is enough for six meals!
