So far so good. I completed week one no prob, week two was a little more challenging for me even though it only calls for me to run for 90 seconds at a shot. I have always hated running and honestly I wondered a couple of times how I could possibly keep going for 2 or 3 or 5 or 30 minutes but I'm taking it one "step" at a time. I am actually enjoying the challenge and look forward to seeing how I do next week when the runs jump up to 3 minutes at a time.
I know for some of you this blog is laughable but for me running is a major challenge. I rode my bike for almost 2500 miles this year and love to do that but again running has never been my think. In fact, the reason I'm doing this is because I think it will help me ride better, and more specifically, climb better. But we'll see.
